Booking Policies

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I am happy to accommodate cancellations or changes to bookings when needed.

 24 hours cancelation are needed prior to the start time of the service. If the notification of the cancellation or change is not received within 24 hours, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service Zelle or Applye Pay . 

5 minute grace policy

If you arrive up to 5minutes late to any appointment you will still be serviced However, if you arrive more than 5minutes late, you will not be allowed to be serviced and your appointment will be cancelled. If Running Late CALL ME if you are more than 5 minutes there will be an additional fee of $20 If wanting to Continue Service.
If this becomes Persistent, you will not be able to book any future appointments.  

Any guest that arrive with flu like symptoms will be asked to leave. Please do not book if you are feeling ill.

A  policy that allows customers to reschedule their appointments with me up to 24 hours in advance.

I  kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling your appointment. 

If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice and I am unable to accommodate you. Your appointment will be canceled no refund included. 

In the event that I do have a same day opening there will be an additional $50  Fee due upon arrival that goes to the total service cost. 

If an appointment is requested on a Sunday or   a special accommodation fee of an additional $100 will apply to the booking.

SPECIAL POLICIES:

• Parent or Guardian MUST be present through the entire service.
• Before a Child can be serviced a "Scalp Check" will be completed in the present of the parent or guardian.
• Children may NOT be dropped off.
